Estate Planning for Families

You and your family are exceptional—your history, your accomplishments and struggles, your apprehensions and dreams. Each detail is specific to you and your family, and plays a vital role in a custom-tailored estate plan. Estate planning is more than signing cookie-cutter documents. It’s about documenting your values and aspirations, and providing stability and comfort to your loved ones. A curated plan, including a Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Proxy, will give you peace of mind.

My goal is to make this necessary process both easy and empowering. Planning for death and incapacity is not high on anyone’s list. But you owe it to yourself and your family to get those proverbial ducks in a row. I will explain things clearly and patiently, so that you understand the process, the documents themselves, and the outcome. I use flat fee billing for estate plans, so that you will know the cost at the start of the process and not worry about accruing fees. Best of all, you will have exercised some control over the uncontrollable.
